Return and Refund Policy

At this time, we do not offer any refunds or returns. If you deemed your merchandise defective, STEPS by Kei-Che is happy to send a replacement, after receiving a photo of proof that the item isn't in it's best condition. However, we are unable to resell shirts that have been tried on. Therefore, we are not offering any refunds nor return options.
